Kamen Rider 2020 Rumor - Male & Female Rider Protagonist?

With Kamen Rider Zero-One's production currently on hold, a rumor regarding the next reiwa era Kamen Rider series has surfaced and this one is similar to Kamen Rider W's gimmick. As usual, take this one with a grain of salt.
