Amidst the still unconfirmed rumor of the Hasbro and Toei split, it was recently reported that New Zealand's ministry of business, innovation and employment has allowed the Power Rangers production team to shoot the next series in a span of six months.

As we all know, New Zealand is one of the few countries that have strict border patrols and successfully eradicated the COVID-19 pandemic and prevented more cases.

The next Power Rangers series that will be shot in New Zealand will be Power Rangers Dino Fury which is the US adaptation of the 2019 Super Sentai series Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger.

The New Zealand ministry has allowed five production company to continue shooting their upcoming series and this also includes The Lord of the Rings, the live-action adaptation of Cowboy Bebop, Sweet Tooth series and the Greatest Bear Run Ever movie.
