The first trailer for the live action adaptation of Yuuki Honda's seinen manga Tokyo Yamimushi is now online! The film stars Kamen Rider W's Renn Kiriyama as Ryou Katou who was kidnapped due to his large debt.
The film follows the story of Ryou Katou, a 23-year-old man who lives alone with no job, no hopes, and no savings. Ryo has wracked up 2.85 million yen (about US$30,600) in debt, and one day he is kidnapped by debt collectors. The debt collector Asamura then tells Ryo that his life is "similar to a bug's" and offers him a shady-sounding "job" that will introduce him to money.
Also included in the cast are Kosuke Toyohara (Densha Otoko, Nodame Cantabile) as Asamura, and Honoka (Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger) as Sakura Aoi.
Directed and written by Sakichi Sato (Ichi the Killer), “Tokyo Yamimushi” premieres in Japan this Summer.

oh hi there shoutaro-kun, so I guess your crimes had been counted already?
Rina Akiyama is in this too apparently.
Oh god this looks like a low budget jolly rogers film.
Also, Renn Kiriyama is a good actor but he's really bad at putting him self as someone ells simply because i just see Renn Kiriyama and not the characters he's playing.
Philip-kun, save him!
