Tsuburaya's Ultraman Ginga Revealed!

Celebrating its 50th year anniversary, Tsuburaya finally unveils their new Ultraman hero, ULTRAMAN GINGA, during the "Ultraman Film Festival" this weekend! Similar to previous Beings of Light, Ginga sports a grey and red color scheme, with blue on its arms, head and chest.

Late last March, a copyright for ULTRAMAN GINGA had been registered by Tsuburaya in the Japanese copyright database, IPDL. And a few days earlier, a silhouette was preview in a Japanese magazine.

No additional information had been revealed as of writing.

Kinda reminds me a bit of next/nexus. Love the more organic feel of the body patterns.

This is perhaps the most amazing Heisei Ultra I have ever seen. It's design just left me with a "WOW!!!" impression.

It's seem like Ultraman Legend design from Ultraman Cosmos series..

It was kinda technically revealed about a week ago, when a pre-order for an Ultraman Ginga figure (with picture) went up on HLJ. I've never got into Ultraman, but hopefully I'll eventually get the time to sit down and watch it. New design looks neat, though.

Look at the head crest. looks kinda like a sword. What could it symbolise?

Oh Hell yeah!! Ultraman Ginga looks awesome. Hes like a fusion of Ultraman, Guyver and Gridman. Can't wait to see the show. Badass design

Ultraman Ginga looks Hella Awesome... gotta love the updated redesign... as Anon states, it does look like a bit of inspiration came from Guyver and Gridman, and I absolutely love that... (WTH? Guyver, Gridman, Ginga?? They all start with G, and the letter G is the seventh letter sometimes attributed to perfection... Whoa!)
