Kamen Rider Battride War Screens: Wake Up in Space with Fourze and Kiva

Dengeki Online had posted new in-game screenshots for the first Kamen Rider game on PlayStation 3, Kamen Rider Battride War (仮面ライダー バトライド・ウォー). This time, it centers around Kamen Riders Fourze and Kiva's features.

Above is a screenshot of the game's main menu. Seen are the Chronicle Mode, Rider Road, Free Mission, Gallery and of course, Options. Within the game, you can use the points you get in the story mode to buy collectibles in the game. These can be used to equip on your character to get various add-on and upgrades.

Like what we reported a few weeks back, Kamen Rider Fourze can use various Astro Switch combos. Since he can freely form changes to Elec, Fire, and Magnet States, you can also use various switches with the effect changing depending on which form you are in.

Kamen Rider Fourze's final boss is of course, the Sagittarius Zodiarts, voiced by Shingo Tsurumi. The final stage is said to replicate the events during the final episode of the Kamen Rider Fourze TV series.

And now, we move on to Kamen Rider Kiva. Kiva can also change freely to his basic forms including Garulu, Baashaa and Dogga. Kiva form is said to be good in air combos, Garulu in fast attacks, Basshaa in ranged attacks, and Dogga in strong attacks and defense minus the speed.

Unlike in Kamen Rider Climax Heroes, Kamen Rider Kiva can now use DoGaBaKi form. But it can only be utilized via a special attack. Meanwhile, here are more screenshots from the game:

Kamen Rider Battride War features Chronicle Mode, where riders from Kuuga to Wizard fights against a horde of kaijins, revisiting famous places from the TV series, trying to regain their lost memories. It will also be featuring some of the original actors returning and voicing their respective roles.

Kamen Rider Battride War will be released this May 23rd for 7480 yen, and 10,480 yen for PREMIUM TV SOUND EDITION which include 30 songs from the works scheduled to be featured in the game (available until August 2013). Pre-order now at CDJapan and get exciting bonuses!
