At Japan Expo, Nintendo had announced the latest addition to the roster for the latest installments of the Pokémon game franchise, Pokémon X and Pokémon Y. It will be called Hitotsuki (Japan) or Monorpale (France).
Hitotsuki/Monorpale will be a Steel/Ghost type. During battle, this sword Pokémon will unsheathe itself. English version of the name is yet to be announced.
Meanwhile, a new gameplay footage had been released which summarizes everything that had been revealed including the trainers, Legendaries, starters, the new Fairy-type, sky and horde battles and much more!

this dual type can be dealt with as well.
I'm glad they're mixing it up this gen a bit more. Still expect everything else to be Fire/Fighting type.
