Nakayoshi magazine announces that Rin Miasa's AKB0048: Episode 0 manga will be ending in the magazine's November issue, that will be shipped on October 3rd. The manga is a part of the four AKB0048 manga adaptation released back in 2011.
Taking place years before the AKB0048 anime series, the series follows the clumsy Furea Hoshina, who is suddenly named the new Atsuko Maeda after failing her audition. Her childhood friend Noa Hōjō is selected below her, creating a wall in their friendship. When Furea emerges as an idol, Noa gradually feels cornered and betrays the AKB0048 to the DES troops.
The fifth compiled volume of AKB0048: Episode 0 manga was released last August 6th.
