It has been announced that Cartoon Network in the United States will be airing the most recent Pokémon film, Pokémon the Movie: Genesect and the Legend Awakened, as well as two episodes of the upcoming anime series Pokémon the Series: XY, on October 19th. Here's the English dubbed promo:
Five Genesect have invaded the big city and threaten its power supply, attracting the attention of the Legendary Pokémon Mewtwo, whose motives are unknown. Ash, Pikachu, and friends must come to the rescue when the Genesect's powerful leader, Red Genesect, confronts Mewtwo! The movie features the Mega-Evolved form of Mewtwo, Mega Mewtwo, which appears for the first time in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y.
Pokémon the Movie: Genesect and the Legend Awakened premieres in Japan on July 13th. Meanwhile, the Pokémon the Series: XY is scheduled to premiere in Japan on October 17th.

STILL ain't watchin' CN/Adult Swim OR Boomerang because I still haven't forgotten that CN quickly took DC Nation off the air last October and put it on another 3-month hiatus. If you've got Boomerang, you'll understand that it airs newer stuff as opposed to its premise of showing classic cartoons (blame current CN CEO Stuart Snyder) such as Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem vs the Sword of Justice, and Pokémon's first 13 seasons. XY will be the show's 17th season.
This is great news, maybe we can that lv 100 Genesect and Mewtwo wifi event like in Japan. I would so love it. I also hope it works for my white version too. I need that pokemon. Gotta catch em all!
