Coming this February 2014 is the first volume of the Samurai Sentai Shinkenger Blu-Ray Box Set. This is the first time that a Super Sentai series before Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger gets a blu-ray release.
The first BOX set comes with the show's first 16 episodes, as well as director's cut of the first two episodes, and will be released on February 7th. The second BOX comes episodes 17-33, including the Kamen Rider Decade crossover, and will be released on April 11th. Meanwhile, the third and final BOX will include episode 34-49, and will be released on June 13th. Each set costs 20,790 yen.
Samurai Sentai Shinkenger centers around Takeru Shiba, the youngest head of the Shiba Clan as he gathers his four vassals in order to battle the Gedoushu, under the revived Doukoku Chimatsuri, as the Shinkengers. The show originally aired from February 2009 to 2010.

I've pre-ordered all 3! I'm soooo happy this is happening. I've wanted true HD Shinkenger since I first watched it. Hopeful it does well enough that every HD series before Gokaiger to Boukenger (the first filmed in HD).
you must have a really good job because those blu-ray sets arent cheap.
Just made my day seeing Sentai in Rider's thunder. I will be saving up for this.
I, however, will be that guy and mention that this cover is a little funny including ShinkenGold when it's one episode short of including him. No major complaints about that: Toei's putting Shinkenger on Blu-Ray at a price cheaper than buying the 12 DVD volumes. They can put Akarenger salsa dancing with Big One on the cover for all I care right now. I'm happy :)
@Anon, yes I do and that's true enough... even regular volumes are at least $60-ish... I own vol. 1-5 of Kyoryuger and have 6-8 pre-ordered.
Would these sets also include the two movies?

i just wish toei would see Shinkenger has international fans not just a America they are idiots for putting at region a and not free region ,
