The official live-action Rurouni Kenshin sequel films website posted the group shot of the Juppongatana (Ten Swords), a group led by Makoto Shishio (played by Tatsuya Fujiwara).
The Juppongatana is composed of:
- Sojiro Seta played by Ryunosuke Kamiki
- Cho Sawagejo played by Ryosuke Miura
- Hoji Sadojima played by Kenichi Takito
- Anji Yukyuzan played by Tomomi Maruyama
- Usui Uonuma played by Matsu Murata
- Kamatari Honjo played by Hiroko Yashiki
- Henya Kariwa played by Yuuya Hara
- Iwanbo played by Takao Yamada
- Saizuchi played by Kentaro Shimazu
- Fuji played by Kota Yamaguchi
The site also revealed the first pictures of Yukiyoshi Ozawa as real-life historical figure, Hirobumi Ito and Maryjun Takahashi as Shishio's partner, Yumi Komagata.
Lastly, the premiere dates of the two Rurouni Kenshin films based on the Kyoto Arc is finally revealed. Rurouni Kenshin: The Great Kyoto Fire Arc premieres this August 1 and Rurouni Kenshin: The End of a Legend Arc premieres this September 13.
