More Rivals Join J-Stars Victory Vs Game


To be announced on Tuesday from the March issue of Shueisha's V Jump magazine is the additional rival playable characters joins the Namco Banda Games' J-Stars Victory Vs. "team battle action" video game.

To join our rosters as playable characters here are Sousuke Aizen of Bleach and (Younger) Toguro from Yu Yu Hakusho, while Hisoka of Hunter x Hunter serves as a support character.

The game's theme song "Fighting Stars" would be sang by Kageyama Hironobu, Kushida Akira and Kitadani Hiroshi. A free augmented-reality (AR) lets you see the Jump heroes in your surroundings in the PS Vita.

On March 19, the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita game will be released. The regular edition of the PS3 version costs 7,980 yen or about $80 USD, while the limited edition costs 10,980 yen or $110 USD. The regular edition of the PS Vita version costs 6,980 yen and the limited edition will be available for 9,980 yen or about $100 USD.

Pre-order of the game would include a J-Stars Victory Book, a Jump Comics-like book with information and visuals of Jump heroes over the years. An "Ani-Son Sound Edition" of the game will let the players to listen to 21 television anime theme songs in the game for a limited time.

    They're still missing a lot.....doesn't even compare to Jump Ultimate stars. Yoh Asakura, Kinnikuman, Yugi Mutou, Muhyo, and characters from prince of tennis,Slam dunk, Ichigo 100%, etc.etc.
