The staff and the release date of the new Sailor Moon anime was announced in the official Sailor Moon 20th Anniversary Project website.
The staff of the series is as follows:
Director: Munehisa Sakai (One Piece)
Series Script Supervisor: Yuji Kobayashi (Smile Precure!)
Animation Production: Toei Animation (first Sailor Moon anime)
Theme Song Performance: Momoiro Clover Z
Originally slated for a Winter 2014 release, the new Sailor Moon anime is set to premiere this July and will stream worldwide in 10 different languages via Niconico.

I forsee a big problem: NicoNico is a Japanese only subscription based site. How are people who are not in Japan, don't speak/read Japanese, and don't use Yen going to get it?
