To celebrate the launch last Wednesday of the crossover fighting game, J-Stars Victory Vs., Bandai Namco Games had built life-size statues of Dragon Ball Z's Son Goku fighting with One Piece's Monkey D. Luffy on Tokyo streets.
The statues show Goku who is about to fire his special move, Kamehameha while Luffy has used his Gum-Gum Elephant Gun destroying the street floors. Beside where the battle has taken place, is a car turned upside-down due to the impact.
This 10-meter-wide (about 30-feet wide) creation can be spotted on the sidewalk outside the Shibuya Parco department store and will stay until March 23rd. In fact, there's also an oversized Sony PlayStation 3's DualShock Controllers that allows spectators to activate the characters' sound effects as they shout their attacks.
Aside from the huge fight between Goku and Luffy at Shibuya, Bandai Namco Games has also invaded the JR Shibuya train station as 20 different posters of the "dream match-ups" were found!
