Cast photos of the upcoming "Ao no Exorcist: Ao no Homura Kakusei-hen/Kyōto Fujō-Ō-hen" (Blue Exorcist: Awakening the Blue Flame Chapter/Kyoto's Unclean King Chapter) double-feature stage play has gone out complete with costumes and make-up.
The Ao no Homura Kakusei-hen stage play takes the manga's first arc as Rin has suddenly awaken as the son of Satan. The said play follows the story of the original manga up to the summer excursion.
Meanwhile, Kyoto Fujo-O-hen stage play revolves around the stolen "Left Eye of the Unclean King" as Yukio goes after the culprit and Rin together with the others goes to Kyoto to find the "Right Eye."
In-charge of the screenplay is manga creator Kato Kazue, while Nishida Daisuke (Hakkenden: Eight Dogs of the East, Sengoku Basara stage plays) directs the play. The play was scheduled to run from June 21 to 29 and will hold 12 performances at the Ikebukuro Sunshine Theater in Tokyo.
