Kang Jiyoung, former Kara idol (Uraka, Koisuru Maison ~Rainbow Rose~) is now joining the cast of the live action Hell Teacher Nube as Yokai Yukime, Nube's self proclaimed fiancee.
The staff of the series recently announced that Kang will be joining the main cast of the live action adaptation of Takeshi Okano and Sho Makura's hit manga.
Jiyong is also resuming her activities in Japan as an actress with this role. Kang Jiyoung retired from Kara in April then went to England to study english and acting. After her return, she then signed a new contract with the Sweet Power agency in August.
