Here's the description for the newest Kamen Rider Movie Wars, Kamen Rider Drive x Kamen Rider Gaim Movie Wars 2015 that will be shown in December 13, 2014 that was posted on the movie's official site.
Titled as "Gaim's Last Runway and Drive's Greatest Case" and the two will will officially meet in this movie, As for the description of the movie:
"Gaim, on its way to the climax already has a new challenge beyond his last stage. Kamen Rider Drive appears on a car, breaking the tradition. Because he is a police detective Rider, it is his job to solve mysterious cases that arise. When these two Riders meet, an unforeseeable non-stop fruit-car battle will take place!"
Movie goers who bought pre-sale tickets will take home a free Gaim or Drive reflector keychain as shown above.

So if I'm reading this correctly, it takes place BEFORE Gaim's last episode, rather than X years after like the previous war movies? That's new. It also has some unfortunate implications about the series' ending...
Fruit car battle.... that is all
.........So it is confirmed that Kamen Rider Gaim and kamen Rider Drive will meet eachother and that this movie takes place after the events of the last episode of Gaim.It is also confirmed that Drive will use his car,and various shenanigans will arise while the two Riders team up to defeat enemies.
Glad that's all cleared up,cause for a second,I doubted whether the two would actually meet each other.
i wonder if the toqger and kyoryuger teamup movie will be hitting theaters in japan in december as well?

Just have to point out, this summary keeps getting read the wrong way, specifically the part about Gaim and its climax.
I don't think the summary is suggesting that this takes place in the middle of Gaim's finale or that it's a proper finale for the show. To me it reads as "The show hasn't ended and we're already announcing a new movie! There's a new hero and he's gonna meet the old hero!"
It isn't a plot summary, it's promo talk.
