Ninninger Suit Design? You Decide.

A certain picture of what seems to be a ninja themed sentai red ranger with a shuriken design for the visor has been circulating the net recently. Will these be the suit design for next year's sentai series, Ninninger? Btw, take this pic with a grain of salt.

I don't like the desing, there is too much (for instance the headband and those shoes are just terrible), and a shuriken on the front of the helmet, please NO!
hope we get a better desing

what the hell?? is this the '90s ??
seriously... toqgers are bad enough (the design and especially their mecha... all are freaking ugly)
i hope ninnigers are better than toqgers

WTF are TOEI thinking? Toqger's design was awful enough, and now... another awfully designed sentai team!!. Come on, are the designers at TOEI so out of ideas they just put shuriken on the face? I just don't get it.

Ninja theme will always cool but compared to Kakuranger and Hurricanger,.. This is the worst ninja face i've ever seen!!

Btw there is still hope though. I wish the final face design would look like the Ninja Captor, which is better and more ninja-esque.

im not going to make a judgement call yet based on costume design rumors.hopefully the series will have a more darker storyline.than past super sentai series.

Helmet looks stupid, but the rest of the suit is passable.

  6. Anonymous Says:

more likely not since these rumor are almost always false but it's a shame since that design looks cool
(a lot better then the ToQger suits and I actually like ToQger but even I admit that the suits are kind of ugly)

it looks like a 1980s ninja tokusatsu hero of a different franchise

  8. Anonymous Says:

Looks better than ToQger. That's not saying alot.

We've all seen this before with Gokaiger,Go-Busters and kyoryuger. The final suite will look NOTHING like this.

  10. Anonymous Says:

I'll wait for the official image, but judging from the weird helmet design that rhymes with ToQger... could be true.

Still not digging the name though.

  11. Look more like a pirate then a ninja for me

  12. Lucky Ninja Says:

Hopefully not. I mean no offense, but that looks terrible.

They can make a much better design than this.

..... Honestly, i was like on armor suit and its good to me but not on the helmet..... The helmet was very round i mean Kakuranger's helmet very good than this with shuriken placed on visor even the visor was shaped like that!? Its too weird!!! For compared this to ToQger, i say ToQger suit is good as normal than this one. I like Toqger because the series is fun and fresh for my opinion and i like imagination. I hoped the final design suit of Ninninger was looks better than this.

I would have not guessed ninja at first glace. Looks like a weird hybrid of too many things.

  15. Anonymous Says:

even if actual the suits end up looking awesome.someone will still find something to complain about in the series.

  16. Anonymous Says:

    I think it looks awesome.

  17. Anonymous Says:

The suit is more ancestral/traditionally-designed ninja than the previous two, which were more influenced by pop culture ideas of ninja.

The only thing I'd change personally are the helmets. Ugh.

Anyway, as others have said, seeing the suit in action is totally different, though at this stage there's still room to change up the costume. It's just that ToQger left such a bad, bland, boring taste in everyone's mouths that we're all, understandably, hesitant about recent designs. I didn't like Koryuger's suits either, but at least they weren't boring.

i don't like it, so many details that doesn't fit with the theme or have an harmony with the whole suit, unnecessary details i would say. The simple is the best.

  19. Don't worry guys, this is a photoshopped Kakuranger suit - the telltale signs are the sword placement on the back, the headband design above the visor and the 'v' around the neck.

Next thing we know, someone will release a green Ninjor. :'P

I don't like this design, too...bootleg toy-ish, you know, like someone got some molds of other bootleg Ranger figures and tried making their own designs to try and be original.

And on the topic of the ToQGer suits, I have to be honest, they never bothered me, except for the fact that their number isn't in the middle, the only reason they look so plain is down to the Norikae Change feature, but I still would of done something to make the suit stand-out, like silver arms like they did with the Hurricanger suits.

...I'm reminded of the some theorized Goseiger suits...
    You know, the shape-themed ones?
    Doubt this is real.

The design could use some work done- to be honest, I think it looks pretty whack; like the helmet with the big shuriken star on it; what's up with that!? the Ninningers would look like some ridicious if they fight in costumes like that; yeah, it needs ALOT of work done.

  23. When are they going to release the promo pictures of ninninger - Buy Video Games for Consoles and PC - From Japan, Korea and other Regions
