It's not Takatora it's Heart and the one with the hat is Brain

could he be kamen rider drives new partner? the movie comes out 12/15 so its possible he could appear in the show by then.he isnt on the movie poster though but they might not want to give it away that he is in the movie.

That's not Takatora's actor, that's Heart Roimude human form's actor. The one with the hat is Brain Roimude human form's actor
