And our prayers had been answered as a clear scan of the DX Shuriken Gattai Shurikenjin toy catalog has surfaced and we can now enjoy the first full look for the Ninninger's main mecha!
The DX Shuriken Gattai Shurikenjin consist of five individual mechas that can combine to one giant mecha: Shinobimaru(humanoid), Dragomaru(dragon), Wanmaru(dog), Dumpmaru(Dump truck), and Byunmaru(train). The five core mechas can also combine to form the alternate form for Shurikenjin, the Shurikenjin Drago.
This mecha also copied the Ohranger Robo's helmet change gimmick with the Shinobi Shuriken helmet change that gives the Shurikenjin different abilities and attributes.

Well, that's an interesting design this year... A "core"-style setup for the mech. Kinda funny how the red mech's legs stick out in the primary configuration though.
let the complaints begin.
my only complaint is that theyre not stcking just to one theme.the zords are not all animal or vehicle based its a comination of a robot,a dragon,and vehicles.other than that im looking forward to seeing how the series turns out.

Pink forms the legs, White is just a shin, Yellow forms the body and arm, Blue is other arm.... and Red literally sits in a chair to form the Chest. Alright, they lost me.

I don't know how I feel about the swapping thone gimmick. I don't like that the theme of the mecha are all over the place. It's not cohesive. Kind of feels like it would fit in with a bunch of Chinese knock-offs. I hope it will make sense within the context of the show. It was the the same way with all of Gokaiger's unmemorable mecha besides the pirate ship. They were random and irrelevant. I keep hoping that there's going to be another year like Magiranger where they were all themed, unique, organic and had different forms. Same with Shinkenger. I'll just wait and see.
it's funny that red ,yellow, and pink have the only lame zords compare to blue and white dragon and dog
Typical that Red and Blue hog all the glory with the two most important components of the Robo.
I think it's funny the red mecha is just sitting in the combined mecha, not saying it's a bad thing though haha. It's like they're controlling the Shinobimaru which is controlling the rest of the mecha. Ninjaception?
OK,actually, I hate it, I hate how the red robot is just sitting in the middle with his leg sticking out, but I think the concept is pretty interesting, in shurikenjin drago, the one that is sitting in the middle is the blue dragon, so maybe they can make 5 alternate combination with only the 5 main mecha with different mecha as the core, but since it didn't show in this catalog maybe my theory is wrong but If bandai & toei can make it then I think this will be the best gattai system in the whole sentai history.
I just hope this is some joke because Toei knew someone would try to leak the info to the internet community.
