I find it strange that Kouta transforms into Kiwami Arms using his driver (Look at the bottom right corner of the second image, the one with Lupin and Megahex). Because in the finale episode of KRGaim Kouta transforms into Kiwami Arms by just saying "Henshin"
I find it even weird that Kouta is in his 'human' form when henshin-ing with Drive
I need an answer as to how Baron/Kaito is back in this after his.... ending.

Because, as is implied by the trailers, Megahex steal Gaim Kiwami Key reverting him back to human form, that's why he also appears in his normal clothes.
not weird when that kouta isn't god kouta. this movie has some time travel elements. it would explain why kouta is still wearing his orange vest and why kaito is still alive.
