And yes, our new candidate for Shocker army leader is none other than Takumi Inui a.k.a Kamen Rider Faiz. And this time, he will transform into faiz using a Signal Bike Faiz.
Plus, this Takumi is different from the original guy that we all know due to the Shocker army's history manipulating ways from the Super Hero Taisen GP movie.

Wow, thanks for the spoilers. Your headline says "new Shocker Leader" and you used Takumi's picture, I didn't even have to read the article to put two and two together.
I like Takumi, but seriously, what's with his several returns to Kamen Rider? He's made more appearances than any other Heisei Rider
No point having "spoilers up ahead after the break" when the thumbnail clearly shows Takumi. :P
"more appearance"? I think Ryotaro Nogami/Momotaros did?
Sadly enough, that's true... And yet SOMEHOW Decade's the most popular Heisei rider.
