Next week on the 29th episode of Kamen Rider Drive entitled "What really happened to the robbery?", Shinnosuke meets the man who murdered his father while Gou meets 001 in person thanks to that creepy Brain. And Gou is still angry with Chase.

So 001/Freeze is the one that gave Seeker the power to make people give in to their darker natures. And is actively trying to get Gou to come to his side, partly through attempting to get him to kill a human, no matter if she was fused with a Roidmude or not.
So this sort of puts an end to the whole "Gou's just faking everyone out idea." He's not. His blind anger is making him a tool for 001.
*sigh* What's truly irksome is that Shin and the others can fix this easily, but apparently we're going to have to deal with this for at least another 3 to 4 episodes.
I highly doubt that he is going to just work for 001 without some mind control going on because he still hates them.
