Nagi was never in the discussion to use Chouzetsu . Yakkun will probably use it at some point . But let's just hope for an all team power up with the new weaponry coming soon .

I wish they had some dark plot like all the otomonin are destroyed. And they will be replaced by the legendary beast otomonin

Well it makes sense that Kinji gets to use the Chouzetsu form for this enemy, because it's been heavily hinted that Werewolf killed Kinji's father and brother. After all, in Kinji's illusion from the Surfer Debut episode, there was a werewolf figure that drew him further in.

don't hold your breath for an all team power up this year, maybe the next sentai will do it (and hopefully the next red isn't another Daigo clone, I'd rather have someone similar to Takeru or Akashi)

The Chozetsu gets hate because its like the carnival form from Koryuger, a power up that had the powers of all the teammates making him(Daigo) more into a Kamen rider then a red senshi and having a team be pointless. nininger itself gets crap because its not a serious ninja sentai. its over to comedy no one seems to get. personal i enjoy it! the mechas aren't all traditional Japanese or from myths like kakuranger and Starninger gets crap for being an uber American cowboy which people believe should never belong in a show primarily about ninjas.

The same reason the last seasons sucked (granted I admit to liking Kyoryuger); too much red ranger focus, doubly so when said red ranger comes off as flat and one dimensional. I understand red is the leader and everything, but I was also under the impression Sentai was a TEAM! I want the focus going back to the team aspect not "Oh no! We're getting our asses kicked because we aren't the red! Let's pray that red comes to one shot this monster!" That has essiantally been every episode. And you know what else? What happened to that leader position, and power up being earned? These past couple of reds have since episode 1 been out up on a pedestal, and just handed every power-up. Fucking christ! The episode with other red ninjas was a joke. "I can master this difficult technique because plot and bad writing said so!" People disliked the shared focus on Tokkati, but fuck that! He was better than that boring cunt Right.

I'm ranting and not making much sense, lol. But seriously, let me put it this way. Flat characters are about my main issue, but there is no tension or drama, or even fun when you know "Red Boy" is just going to pull an Ichigo and save the day via plot armour bullshit. And although I wasn't too high up on Gokaiger, that was probably the last true TEAM.

And of course, I must ask the question, for the people who do like it, what exactly is it that you so like? And please elaborate. There are things I like(or liked) about Nininger, but overall I think it's pretty weak. Unlike most fans of things I don't condemn people if they like or dislike something I don't. I would just like to know why people like it, maybe get a different perspective.

The Ninningers could of been a team where everyone gets a fair share of the spotlight. Seriously, look at Goseiger, Gokaiger, and Go-busters. I do like the Kyoryugers, but I wish they focused on the other members other than the core five and gold; for crying out loud the new Cyan and Grey rangers didn't even do all that much in the end.

Haven't you guys ever heard of the saying "if you don't like something, you don't have to watch it"?

Do people here realize it's a show for kids in Japan and they don't give a rat ass what we think. If the kids in Japan are enjoying it and buying the toys that's all the matters, like really if you don't like it don't freaking watch it. Every one seems to want the show to be amazing multi award winning show when at the end of the day ITS A KID SHOW TO SELL TOYS

Honestly I like Ninninger, even though it's weaker than Kyoryuger and even ToQger. But I guess I don't want to hate it because I already despised Kyoryuger and ToQger.

At the very least, the designs are awesome.

*The mecha especially. Currently the Ninninger mecha are my favorite out of all of Sentai.
*While ToQger was a series to truly learn life lessons and enjoy a good plot, Ninninger is just there so I can have a good laugh. That's how I view the series and that's why I like it so much.
*This is probably because I'm Korean and closer to the target audience than most people on JEFusion, but I really can't detect "red focus", even in Kyoryuger.
*Takaharu is pretty dumb, but that's his whole gimmick, and I think it works.
*Those StarBurger selfies. It almost makes me wish I had one.
*I like most of the characters, really.
*Shinobimaru is so adorkable.
*HAOOOOOOOOOOOH SHURIKENJIN!
*Gekiatsu Dai-Oh returns to a streamlined combination with one piece for one limb. Last time this happened was Gokaiger.
*We have 17 OtomoNin (minus Dinomaru). That beats pretty much everything in numbers when not counting summer repaints (ToQger - 14, Kyoryuger - 10, Go-Busters - 6, Gokaiger - 11, Goseiger - 15 [with all Brothers sans Knights counted as one], Shinkenger - 13, Go-Onger - 13, Gekiranger - 13, Boukenger - eighte- DANG IT!)
*Mecha sitting in mecha (Sitting in mecha).
*Chouzetsu beats Hyper and Carnival any day. Multiple people can use it too, like Fuuka and Kinji.
*The one recolor monster we've had so far died saying "Get ready to fight someone that looks like me".
*ToQger and Kyoryuger compatibility with the toyline.
*The whole concept of StarNinger.

The mecha within a mecha part is something I laugh at every time I see it, lol. One of the few things I like about the show. Chouzetsu is aesthetically pleasing as well. Lol! And it's been a while since I watched that I forgot about the selfies. The show has moments of humour, but those Takaharu segments... they seriously kill the momentum for me. I'll likely pick it back up and watch it to the end, but man, not to beat a dead horse, but those Takaharu scenes. Your list did actually make me rethink it. And as usual the people who have nothing to add to a discussion fall back to "It's a kids show" yet you watch it. Shots have been fired. I say that because I don't view it as a kids show. Sure, we know that's the target audience, but it isn't purely for that set audience. It's entertainment, I like being entertained-- which leads in to the other brainless regurgitation "don't like, don't watch" is that copy-pasted? You have that macro'd? It's such a weak cop out to having an actual discussion on something, and worse just plain ignorant.
