And this is 099, Angel Roidmude (portrayed by Mami Yamasaki a.k.a. Shizuka of the wind from Gou Gou Sentai Boukenger). This Roidmude copied the appearance of a psychiatric doctor thus having the power to manipulate the emotions of others by using her feathers and attaching it to the victim.
