I swear, Ghost is the most gimmicky rider I've ever seen, and that includes Fourze and Wizard!

Agree, neo heisei kamen riders are so power-up-centric. Luckily, their enemies Lil bit patient to watch them showing all their stuffs before getting fight back

Ghost is the next Drive. A lot of early forms created for merchandise sales, then we'll either never see them again or he'll use them for 10 seconds in later episodes. Sigh. I do like the gimmicks but Kamen Rider just turned into a 30 minute toy commercial after W.
It has always been like that after decade era
Most of tokusatsu series like Kamen Rider are like this, mr. Taufan, we call this as a tokusatsu trope rule of thumb. Enemies can't just straightforward attacking our main hero while a main hero changes its form during the fight.
