Maybe because 8 looks like an upside down of the infinity symbol. I guess Mebius and Hikari doesn't appear because the teamup consists of the Ultras that teamed up with X, as well as Tiga & Ultraman since they are the first of Showa & Heisei Ultramen respectively.
Now i REALLY want to watch this movie!
