Time to rejoice and throw away those parka hoodies for the moment Spookster fans, here are the newest Terebi magazine scans featuring Kamen Rider Ghost's upcoming mid-season power-up, the Grateful Soul Form!
This form abandons the clothed appearance from the previous Soul Forms to give way for an armored look that resembles Ultimate Kuuga (black and gold trimmings) and Blade King Form.
This form can be achieved when Takeru uses the Eyecon Driver G (a belt that looks like a giant Eyecon) which functions like Ultraman Ginga's Strium brace meaning the symbol on his chest changes when he uses one of the 15 heroes great power. His finisher is called the Omega Formation.

So dose this mean Ghost can Pull a Decade Complete and summon the luminaries to help fight?

Okay I see so the visors from the 15 heroes are all over his body, that makes more sense than the chest changeling between the 15. Stuff like Beethoven would never get used.
No the series isn't nearly finished. This is the Super Form, the Type Formula, the Mid-Season upgrade. Spectre's Final Form is coming in April and Ghost's final form is coming in Augest or June

Something tells me that seeing this is NOT the final form, they might have more eyecon to get (not listed as luminary), or possibly more things we don't know as of yet.
@Marty no the series is not ending this form is only Takeru's mid-season upgrade. This Form is to Ghost as Type Formula was to Drive and Kachidoki Arms was to Gaim. We have been teased with final forms for both Ghost and Specter trust me there is plenty more Ghst left to come.
It's kind of hard to see how his final form will looks becaus this looks like a complete and final form for itself, but then again Gaim kachidoki looks like it would of been is final form too. I just hope infinity damashi doesn't looks horrible or bulky. Regardless, this looks awesome.
This is honestly one of my favorite super forms, that I have seen. I'm glad that they didn't do the combine all the power ups or gimmicks for the final form this year, Instead they are doing it for the Super form. Can't wait for Mugen Damashii
You guys didn't explain the head part. All of their helmet hood parts are on there making it that weird helmet form
The eyes silhouette are look alike since the beginning. Now with the same color.
I think the final form will looked like gaim and with little bit kabuto effect..the grateful armor plate will scatter from her body *this is just my imagination*..and Takeru will focus with his ore damashi to create mugen damashi. You know..every people (ore) has infinite (mugen) possibility
