Check-out this new scanned pages from the latest issue of terebi magazine featuring Kamen Rider Ghost Heisei Soul Form and Kamen Rider 1 Soul Form.
Both forms will debut in the final episode of the Kamen Rider Ghost Legendary! Soul of Riders! youtube special coming this month. Takeru will activate the power of the Kamen Rider 45 Eyecon to transform into his Heisei Soul form and will also use the same Eyecon to transform into the Kamen Rider 1 form.

To the posters talking about "Just a hood?"...
Ichigo (and most of the Showa riders)didn't have any armor like most Heisei riders. The only "armor" Ichigo and Nigo had was the brestplate and Ghost doesn't have breastplates for the hoodie ghosts. Grateful Damashi isn't based on any *one* heroic eyecon itself and that's why it has a breastplate. It acts more like the base suit instead and that's why it doesn't have form changes but can instead summon the ghosts.
Well, the problem with just the hood is that, as we ca see with the rider kick, Ghost armors have also shoulder armors... so a parka, that wouldn't really cover the breastplate but the whole arms instead could have been better, IMHO ;)
