You could say Ghost is the dark souls of kamen rider, because he'll keep on dying many, many times
Showing the world teaming up would would spoil the series since he's still a bad guy. Maybe they will show a new trailer when the world becomes a good guy
Well most people already knows about Wild Tousai King. It's probably gonna debut just before this movie. It's kinda weird that there is only 1 scene in the trailer featuring the Cube Condor
It's just like how many times Belt-san broke/got destroyed.
Actually belt broke like one time, Takeru (if the movie counted) disappeared like three times.
