  1. They are not the best Ultraman but at least it is entertaining. Wish they were released in the U.S.

Since these two Ultra series is made by USA and Austra

Australia respectively, let's make a reboot movie for them. Hollywood loves remakes rite

  4. I think this was posted a while back although good luck finding it not knowing Japanese; I found it on accident so I'm not faulting you guys.

As for the video, very cool. Great... well, doesn't look great (sorry for the bad joke) but I have a feeling that's the best it can look. Powered on the other hand does wonderful. Not perfect, but that I'm willing to bet is HD. Bonus points for having Kane Kosugi (Kakuranger's Ninja Black) as Ultraman. I definitely want to see more of that show, although I may someday get Great too (to be fair, they both look like relatively good shows).

  5. I saw Great(G or Towards the Future) in 1991 when it first aired for American on Sunday Mournings. After that there was a lot of negative criticism of the show. Then during the Power Rangers boom in the mid 90s. Tsuburaya and a independent American company produce Powered or Ultimate Hero. It was straight up low budget 90s cheese as you can see there was barely any fight scene as the costumes (both monsters and Ultran) where fragile and could not take a punishment but still was fun to see.
It did launch Kane Kosugi's career in Japan as his only 10 minute of fame is the Ninja movies her costars with his father at a young age. Sadly Powered failed to air on tv in the States which is still unknown why it never aired nor VHS sales even happened. I did see them in bootleg and it was fun. I really hope that SHOUT! Factory release those!!!!
