"Champ, you have to play nice with this guy that murdered your father in front of you, because I said so."

Lucky's kind of abusing his main character powers there...

As much as Kyuranger has repeatedly dissapointed me, this episode was slightly better than the last one. I like how Sting has his own motives separate from both the kyurangers and Jark Matter even though he still works for the latter. His bad history with Champ not only brings in an interesting ranger vs ranger conflict, but also in team fighting as while Champ seeks revenge, Lucky wants to convince Sting to join their side. The negatives I have from the previous episode drift into this one as well. Once again the majority of the other kyurangers are simultaneously inconsequential to the plot and underdeveloped as characters while Lucky hogs the spotlight. Lucky's naivety is constantly portrayed in the right which makes him rather boring as his viewpoint comes off as not only childish, but also condescendingly preachy due to how he blabbers off without truly understanding Champ's pain. Lastly, on a rather random note Hami laughed at the idea of robots having dreams, that's racist!

As a Scorpio myself, I approved this.

    Stinger is Tyrian from RWBY.

It's not "because I said so," though. He reasons that Stinger can't be bad if a Kyutama appeared to him. And Champ doesn't even really listen then, so I don't know what the big deal is.
