With 1 more week before the 41st Super Sentai series premieres, the preview and episode summary for the first episode of Uchuu Sentai Kyuuranger has been finally posted!
From Frumix of Ranger Board:
"Taking place in the distant future in the far reaches of outer space, 88 constellations that exist in our universe have fallen to the hands of the evil Space Organization Jark Matter. However, the insurrection army rebellion and 3 Kyuurangers that were chosen by the Kyutama are opposing them to protect the people.
With his great luck, Lucky, an adventurer travelling through space, witnesses Chameleon Green, Oushi Black and Kaijiki Yellow fighting the Jark Matter soldiers on the planet Cthros. And by that, Lucky decides to become the 4th Kyuuranger and they've set out for the planet Jagujagu to search for the other Kyutama."

So they're introducing the team members slowly, eh?
Given how big the team will be, that makes sense. It'll give more time for characters to develop on their own and make explaining backstories easier.
Also, ten to one Garu/OogamiBlue debuts in episode 2 so they can premier Kyurenoh in its "default" form (which is probably default only because of the ranger debut order).
Wow. Looks like the team isn't going to start with all 9 after all. There will 4 initial ones. With Pink as the fifth, obviously, since she's the pilot.
I suspect Blue will join in on the 2nd episode, while Gold and Silver arrive on the 3rd.
