Behold Emu's ultimate Gamer Rider level-up form, Kamen Rider EX-AID Invincible Gamer. This form can counter Kamen Rider Chronos' time stopping ability (the pause move) and can unleash the Hyper Critical Sparking finisher.
This is the Hyper Muteki Gashat. This will be the item that Emu will use to transform into his ultimate form. It's considered as the most powerful item in the game of survival as it grants the wielder incredible powers for 10 seconds!
And here's a little information from the upcoming summer movie, Kamen Rider EX-AID The Movie: True Ending: Hiiro will become a father and Taiga will become a physical education teacher!

Why True Ending sound like a DLC to me?
Well because alot of the best games endings now are DLC. Just how it is now. This series is treated like a game.
DLC? Have you never played a JRPG? True Endings were usually a second ending you would get post game after beating a hidden a boss (Star Ocean's Ethereal Queen comes to mind). Some True Endings required multiple playthroughs, some only available on New Game+(And New Game++ for some). Back when games told stories, and weren't just one action set piece after another akin to a Michael Bay movie.

so Saki is coming back and how did Taiga go from doctor to licenceless doctor to PE teacher?
In this movie EX AID will get its True Final Form,
different from Muteki, created by Shin Dan Kuroto
this one will be created by Emu himself, that also the reason it has Mighty name,
pretty much explained it will be the last evolution of Mighty game series.

No spamming of the final form! That has been so common in this era that it was starting to get annoying. I am sure the final form will make an appearance every episode but it wouldn't be the staple of Emu.
Super Sonic x Super Saiyan 3?
The movie seems to be going with an "everyone has false memories" plot, hence Nico in the same school uniform as Hiiro's "daughter". So, Taiga didn't just randomly decide on a career change and Saki and Hiiro's relationship didn't recover that quickly.
