Not knocking on Lucky or his actor but I feel like he was more natural with his Shishi Red Orion rolecall than he generally is as Lucky
WOW! Its just like Kamen Rider Fourze. . . except I don't give a shit.
If they're gonna overpower the hell of a red ranger, they should do it like this, a least. AWESOME debut and the form looks amazing in motion.
It kind of reminds me of Ronin Warriors, where Red's powered up form is White.
He's actually Gaim Kiwami Arms.
@4th anon, It's like fourze in that the main character is brought back to life/healed by a team member who was initially icy towards the protagonist, but was inevitably won over. Also, your right in that the its like Kiwami Arms in that he has access to all the other Kyuranger powers and a Gate of Babylon like attack. But, Fourze also had access to all the Astro Switches, just lacked the previously mentioned attack. And after recovering, he also bails out his friends from an enemy none of them could defeat. Unlike those shows, I don't give damn about the main character.
Just like Kyoryuger, those won over by the perfect red become watered down and are reduced cheerleaders shilling him. That or they spend their screen time taking a vicious beating while red does all the cool shit. I'll admit the suit looks pretty dope and the action was great, but I don't feel as hyped as everyone else watching cause I'm so sick of this trend. It doesn't help that the rest of the team emphasize Lucky saving the universe rather than as a fucking team. I know Lucky mentioned that it was a team effort, but as I previously mentioned, the rest of the team just took a beating while he basically took out Don Armage and some other general. You could've at least let the team take out the other general. Recent Kamen Rider seasons treat the rest of their cast with more respect, giving other riders proper screen time as well as granting them power ups. The more I think about it, Kamen Rider makes a better sentai while, sentai makes a shittier Kamen Rider.
