Enter Kamen Rider Rogue, the mysterious warrior from Seito. He transforms by using a Sclash Driver and the Crocodile Cracked Full Bottle and is armed with the Nebula Steam Gun. He is aided by his two henchmen, Fu (Remocon Bros) and Rai Washio (Engine Bros) who can also fuse to become Hell Bros.

Thanks to the newest Full Bottles that he will acquire later, Sento will have new Best Match forms: RoseCopter, TigerUFO, GiraffeCyclone and WhaleJet.
