A list that has the names and number of episodes for the recent and present Kamen Rider series has been leaked and it also has the title of the 2019 Kamen Rider series! Take note that this may or may not be legit so take it with a grain of salt.
As we can see from the list, the title for the next Kamen Rider series after Build ends is Kamen Rider Winger. Could this rider gimmick be based on aircraft? The main question is, is this legit?

Definitely not legit.
They had mentioned they won't make a Kamen Rider series for a year after Build about months ago (even posted here). Even if this looks legit, chances are its going to be after the new emperor takes over.
@Anonymous: Can you point me to the article stating this? I wasn't aware.
Also, while the name of this supposed Rider certain has a ring to it for some reason, I too think this is not a legit source.

When was this mentioned? I remember seeing a thing that the next rider would transition between the two eras.
This is likely fake, since it's way to early to be planning for the next Rider already, I'd give it at least until they're just after the halfway point before they started working on the next Rider, since it gives them time to create something before the 3rd quarter of the show so they can get ready to hype what they're doing next.
Fake you can tell by the fact that the number of episodes for Build isn't listed.
The only thing less credible than the list is the first Anon "They wont make another series for a year". Like, why? Kamen Rider is a product that is selling extremely well. There is no reason to just shut it down for the sake of it. Of course there is going to be another series after Build, and then another and another...They will only stop when the biz is no longer profitable. Just think in Godzilla after Final Wars or Ultraman, when the budget cuts limited them to just reruns and mini-series.

It's not too early. Toys take a long time to develop between all the designing, prototyping, and production. A toy development cycle can take over a year. I imagine that they're towards the end of 2018 designs and have roughs of 2019 designs.

All they said was that the Hesei era is over after Build,they didn't say anything about Kamen Rider ending completely,this,for truth's sake,could be legit
Build hasn't finished yet, so toei is probably uncertain about how long they can tie up loose ends
