Thanks to this newly surfaced Televi-kun magazine scans, we now have our first full look at the newest, upcoming Hazard forms for Kamen Rider Build, the RabbitRabbit and TankTank forms!
Thanks to the newest source of power that is the FullFull Bottle, Sento can access 2 new forms for his Hazard state: RabbitRabbit and TankTank. The RabbitRabbit is Build's fastest form and can extend his limbs for an attack while the TankTank is the powerhouse.
He will also get a new weapon could the Full Bottle Buster, which has 2 modes, rifle and sword mode. It can also load up to 4 Full Bottles for a devastating attack! Now, he can finally up his fightin power against Kamen Rider Rogue and his Hell Brothers.

Giving me some Kachidoki arms vibes for some reason, maybe it's the chest plate symbol. TankTank looks awesome, RabbitRabbit is ok
i don't get it...
if sparkling counted as rising form... hazard as a pre-ultimate form...
genius as an ultimate form...
then what are these stand for?

I think in terms of past riders:
Rabbit Tank = default form
Sparkling = Jinba Arms (power up, but not “Super Form”)
Hazard = Kuuga’s Rising forms (power-ups for the previous forms)
Rabbit Rabbit/Tank Tank = Super Form (Kachidoki, Grateful, Formula, TaJaDor etc.)
Genius = Ultimate Form (Kiwami, Mugen, Tridoron, PuToTyra, etc.)
Sparkling is power-up, equal with gaim jinba lemon etc
Hazard form is super form, and let's say that RabbitRabbit & TankTank form was super form too
Sparkling is power-up form, equal with Jinba lemon, robots action gamer, toucon boost, etc
And Hazard form is Mid-season upgrade. So let's say that RabbitRabbit and TankTank form was Super form, which is equal with Grateful, Kachidoki, Max gamer, etc

Actually RabbitRabbit and TankTank is more like upgraded super form for Hazard form.

I think it's more like Sparkling is the "heavy" form (Suika arms, drago knight hunter z, etc), Hazard is the upgrade form, and rabbitrabbit/tanktank are the super forms.
Sparkling is equal to Gaim Suika Arms or Ex-Aid Drago Knight Hunter Level 5
Hazard is like Gaim Jimba Arms or Ex-Aid Mighty Brothers
RabbitRabbit and TankTank are like Gaim Kachidoki or Ex-Aid Maximum Mighty Level 99
And Genius is Gaim Kiwami or Ex-Aid Muteki
