May as well enjoy the ride before Maggs and Sina Grace run it into the ground.

It's actually rather an interesting concept art wise. the Dairangers (and Thunderzords in the US) never had a very cohesive combination. It ultimately involved sticking Wong Tiger inside the turtle, with the five star beasts in their palace mode on top of the turtle. and flying like a helicopter. meaning that the turtle and tiger only added to the weight for it's finisher.
Ranger Slayer, a possible nod to Abarekiller? the evil ranger from the last series that Jason David Frank was a major role in?

From the image, I don't see a lot of SeiShishi or SeiTenma (May just be on the other arm though and not clearly pictured). But you can definitely see Wong Tiger, Ryuuseioh, and Seihooh. Daimugen doesn't seem to have much going on here besides his helmet and...... legs?. Head component kinda has that Evangelion look to it. It's a nice interpretation of a combined mode that never was.
