As much as I am so happy to see Mele again, I must ask... How? I thought after using the resurrection technique on her and Rio in the Gekiranger-Go Onger crossover they would be permanently dead, if not having their souls eroded away

Not to mention, since Gokaiger is CANON to the Space Squad side, why is Mele, a reformed villain and Extra Hero, now a villain again? If they at least explain why she's a bad guy again, that's fine, but otherwise, nice as it is to see Yuka Hirata as Mele again, she should not be here at all.

But then again, Toei openly employs plot holes and mischaracterizations just of the sake of a plot to make them money.

Now those are some nice villains and I'm pretty happy they're back. Here are my predictions on their roles in the movie:

Mele - She's not really evil and will sort of be a mirror or a mentor to Hammie, as both are chameleon theemed characters.
Juuzo - He's back for blood and wants a good swordfight. He'll get some cool action scenes against Jiraiya.
Basco - He Always was a total asshole who wanted all for himself. I think he'll try to usurp power from his new commanders. I really hope he gets to use some ranger Keys and that Sally doesn't come back.
Escape - She's a wild card. Can't really predict her role.

It looks like they're being recreated, and not the originals. as all of these have been killed off. Escape is the only one who could realistically return as the same as she's a program that could have had backups made. I'm fine with that, they bring back villains once and awhile, and it makes more sense to bring back a villain that's been dead and resurrect them instead of a villain that may have turned to the side of good. (though I'd prefer villains that were imprisoned as their conclusion)

No bad guys ever really die in these shows, don't take these seriously

  6. I love how the main villain look like Alpha 5.
