Check-out the trailer for the second Kamen Rider Build spin-off from Televi-Kun entitled Kamen Rider Prime Rouge which features a new upgraded form for Gentoku/Kamen Rider Rogue which will be included in the October 2018 issue of Televi-Kun.
In this second Kamen Rider Build hyper battle video, we will learn about the reason on why gentoku didn't receive any new updates and why he wears a leather jacket on the series's 42nd episode plus we get to see him transform into a caped version of his rider form called Kamen Rider Prime Rogue.
