Now that we have confirmation on what Kamen Rider ZI-O's first quarter power-up is called, we can safely assume that this is going to be a movie exclusive form that will debut in Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever.
The Decade Ride Armor is accessed by Kamen Rider ZI-O by activation the Decade Ride Watch in which this armor can also mimic Kamen Rider Decade's Kamen Rider ability by attaching another Legend Rider Ride Watch on it's slot (hmm ride watchception) and in this form, he will be armed with the Ride Heisaber.

Still could be the super form of the series
I tought decade was a final form for zi o. Because decade's final form is combining all rider. Maybe zi o's final form combining all rider like decade.
