As stated previously, Sougo will transform into Kamen Rider Grand ZI-O after he acquires the Grand ZI-O ride watch in the upcoming Kamen Rider Den-O arc and as for his powers in this form, he will have access to all the powers of the Heisei Kamen Riders.
