It was announced from the official Kamen Rider ZI-O twiitter page that 3 legendary rival/secondary riders from the past heisei era Kamen Rider series will appear in the upcoming movie.
Joining Kamen Rider Geiz in his new battle are Kamen Rider Kaixa/Kusaka Masato (Kohei Murakami), Kamen Rider Accel/Ryu Terui (Minehiro Kinomoto) and Kamen Rider Birth/Date Akira (Hirokiaki Iwanaga) along with Kamen Rider Diend/Daiki Kaito (Kimito Totani).
Written by Nobuhiro Mouri and directed by Satoshi Morata, Kamen Rider ZI-O Next Time: Geiz Majesty will get a limited theatrical run early in 2020 and will be released on DVD and Blu-ray in April 22, 2020.

wow accel coming back can be the tribute to Kamen Rider W, well Kaixa and Birth going henshin again is gonna be good to see after all on Faiz and OOO arc there wasn't a legendary henshin like Build,Ex-aid,Ghost,Blade,Agito,Den-O and Decade
