The movie will star Ryo Ryusei (KyoryuRed of Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger) and Atsuhiro Inukai (Kamen Rider Build) along with Yuki Yoda, Aya Asahina, Ren Ishikawa, Yuka Ogura and Masahiro Takashima and will feature the theme song "Zekkyo Serenade" performed by Sumika.
