And here's another Spider-Man: No Way Home news as it was finally confirmed that Alfred Molina will reprise his role as Doctor Octopus!
With that confirmation, it was also said that the upcoming MCU movie will pick up Doctor Octopus' story where Spider-Man 2 left off.
During an interview with Variety, Alfred Molina said that he was recently approached by movie director Jon Watts and was asked if he could reprise his role once again. Mr. Molina said that he was thinking about the role but his age might be the issue because he is now 67 years. Watts said that they have the means (technology) to make him younger in the movie.
Spider-Man: No Way Home stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Jacob Battalion as Ned Leeds, Zendaya as MJ, Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange, Jamie Foxx as Electro, Alfred Molina as Doctor Octopus. The movie is scheduled to be released this Christmas of 2021.
