AKB48's “Heavy Rotation” is definitely one of the idol group's most popular song, ever since it was released back in 2010. And just recently, the newest sister group SNH48 performs their own version of the song, of course, in Chinese.
The video below is the "highlights" or digest version. The official music video is yet to be revealed.
SNH48 is based in Shanghai, China. The 26 members of the group were chosen last October, from a pool of 30,008 applicants. Their first performance is scheduled this January 2013. AKB48's Sae Miyazawa and Mariya Suzuki are temporarily joining the team.
JKT48, AKB48's sister group from Jakarta, Indonesia, also performed the same song, in Bahasa, and also released their own music video. Check it out below:
