New screens for the new Dragon Ball Z fighting game, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z had been released featuring climatic scenes from Akira Toriyama's original manga, spanning the Arrival of the Saiyans until the Battle at Planet Nemek.
The game can have up to four players that can play cooperatively, or eight players who can engage in a massive battle royale online. It will also feature attacks such as "Meteor Chain" (successive attacks), "Synchro Rush" (simultaneous attack), and "Revive Soul" (reviving a fallen teammate).
Currently confirmed characters include Goku (Super Saiyan, Saiyan God), Vegeta, Raditz, Nappa, Krillin, Tien, Piccolo, Kid Gohan, Ginyu, Jeice, Burter, Recoome, Guldo, Saibaman, and Frieza. More characters are scheduled to be announced at a later date.
Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z will be available in three platforms: PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PSVita. Price and release date are yet to be announced.
