S.H. FiguArts Alien vs Predator Announced?!

At Bluefin Tamashii Nations booth at the San Diego Comic Con, S.H. FiguArts prototypes for non-Japanese characters were seen. And it's no other than S.H. FiguArts Alien and S.H. FiguArts Predator from the 2004 Hollywood film AVP: Alien vs Predator.

Release date of the said figures are yet to be announced.

The film adapts the Alien vs. Predator crossover imprint bringing together the eponymous creatures of the Alien and Predator series, a concept which originated in a 1989 comic book. This is the first of the two-part Alien vs. Predator prequel series to the Alien franchise.

  1. Alright then, they'll cancel the line just so you can sleep at night.

  2. As much as I hate to admit it, I doubt they will. From what I've seen in collector's toys, AVP is one of the most famous characters to be represented. I think Tamashii is getting that advantage to milk more money.

Anyways I only hated Predator. I'm fine with Alien, in fact I enjoyed Prometheus, especially the Alien cameo.

  3. Kinda wish that they make an SHF Judge Dredd from Dredd 3D though. That would be possible and awesome.

  4. I think these two are better suited for SH MonsterArts, especially Alien.
