As previously reported, Kamen Rider Wizard will be having two additional episodes featuring the two-week Kamen Rider TV special. So far, until now, we all have no idea what to expect in these episodes. While waiting, here are the current rumors around it.
The two episodes will be entitled "The Ring of Kamen Rider" (52) and "Neverending Story" (53), written by Sho Aikawa (Kamen Rider Blade) and directed by Hidenori Ishida. According to rumors, Haruto will be lost in a parallel world inhabited by monsters created by an entity called "Amadam", who wants to steal the powers of the Kamen Riders for himself.
Haruto would summon the 13 Riders of the Heisei era thanks to the Legend Rider Ring. Kamen Rider Gaim will also be there to help them defeat Amadam. Additionally, Masahiro Inoue is said to be reprising his role as Kamen Rider Decade in the episodes.
Please take these rumors with a grain of salt! Confirmations will be coming at a later date once new Japanese magazines are published at the last week of the month.
With 53 episodes, Kamen Rider Wizard is the current record holder of the longest Heisei Kamen Rider series, previously held by Kamen Rider Agito, who have 51. The two specials, according to the show's toy catalogs will feature the appearance of Kamen Rider Gaim.

ReplyDeleteThis makes sense. I had my suspensions that Gaim doesn't take place in the same universe as W, OOO's, Fourze and Wizard. Since Gaim does not appear in the Wizard Movie. Having Decade do a cameo would be a wise chose to connect Gaim to the rest of Kamen Rider continuity. Looks like Toei actually appreciate continuity. Especially if they are still going to do a Mega Max movie.

Personally I wouldn't mind this if they atleast re-casted all the original actors for the Riders. Even if it's like a 1 min shot of them saying their goodbyes like in All Riders vs Dai-Shocker, it would still be decent. I'm so sick of just bring back the Heisei Rider "Suits". I don't really think this whole thing is real. It's just the usual Rider Rumors.

Gaim probably didn't appear in Wizard's movie because it was mostly set in Magic Land, him appearing there wouldn't of made much sense anyway, that and it's likely the cast was still being sorted during the Wizard Movie filming.
I actually think Decade is pretty cool. I hated the whole A.R. concept with the replacement actors. But it was what it was. I just hope he has a decent amount of screen time.
