Premium Bandai Online Store is offering a replica of the straw hat used by Monkey D Luffy in the pirate adventure manga/anime One Piece. The hat is handmade and made to order from the long-standing shop Tanaka Hat, established in 1880 and based in Kasukabe, Saitama Prefecture.
The hat includes a neck cord that allows the wearer to hang it from his/her back similar to the one that Luffy used in the anime and manga series. It is available in medium and large sizes, and costs 4980 yen (about US$50). It will be shipped this October.
